Reviews Next AI is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses collect and manage customer feedback. It provides QR codes and short links that route customers to a feedback flow, AI-assisted drafting of review text, and dashboards covering scans, reviews and locations.

We may add, change or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you have paid for, we will give you reasonable notice by email.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You must use a business you own or are authorised to represent.
• Accounts are verified by a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for the accuracy of the business details, logos and content you upload.

• Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• A free trial plan is available with limited features and a fixed one-time allocation of AI credits.
• Plans include a monthly or yearly allocation of AI credits. Additional credits may be purchased as top-ups.
• AI credits are consumed when the Service generates content. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and unused credits do not carry forward beyond the terms of your plan.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Prices may change. Changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Create, solicit or publish false, fake, incentivised or misleading reviews, or reviews written by anyone who is not a genuine customer.
• Selectively suppress genuine negative feedback in a way that breaches the policies of Google or any other review platform, or any applicable consumer protection law.
• Offer money, discounts, gifts or other benefits in exchange for a positive review where the relevant platform prohibits it.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory or offensive content, or anyone else's trademarks or logos without permission.
• Attempt to breach, probe or overload the Service, its rate limits or its infrastructure, or access another customer's data.
• Resell or white-label the Service without our prior written consent.

You are responsible for compliance with the policies of the review platforms you direct customers to. Those platforms set their own rules on soliciting reviews, and they may penalise a business that breaks them. We provide the tooling; how you use it is your responsibility.

The Service uses third-party AI models to draft suggested review text and prompts. AI output can be inaccurate, generic or unsuitable. It is offered as a starting point for a genuine customer to edit and approve.

You are solely responsible for any content that is published through or as a result of the Service. We make no warranty that AI output is accurate, original or fit for any particular purpose.

We own the Service, including its software, design and branding. You own the content you upload — your business information, logos and the feedback your customers submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

The Service depends on third parties including Razorpay (payments), Google Maps and Google Business Profile (location data and review links), and AI and infrastructure providers. Their availability and their terms are outside our control, and an outage or policy change on their side may affect the Service.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors beyond our reasonable control may cause downtime. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee or service credits.

• You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription from your dashboard or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or where payment fails or is reversed.
• Where we terminate an account without cause, we will refund any prepaid amount covering the unused remainder of the current billing period.
• On termination, your access ends. We may retain data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the Service will increase your ratings, review volume, search ranking or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or review-platform policy.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change, and material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved by email.
